A $4.99 flat shipping charge per order applies to eligible deliveries within the United States. The total amount payable is displayed at checkout before you place your order.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship within the United States only and do not currently offer international shipping. Some orders may not be eligible for delivery to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted delivery areas. If we cannot ship to your address, we will contact you.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday–Saturday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Our order cutoff time is 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET).

Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after processing. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier disruptions, weather, holidays, or other circumstances.

Cancellations

You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided the order has not shipped. The request window is based on when you submit your request.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return after delivery, subject to our return conditions.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging, with included accessories or components.

Customers are responsible for return shipping for change-of-mind returns. The original shipping charge is not refundable for these returns. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. We will review the issue and cover any required return shipping for confirmed claims.

We do not offer direct exchanges. To purchase a different item, request an eligible return and place a new order separately.
