Palm Beach Athletic Complex accepts cancellation requests for online orders within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not shipped.

How to Request a Cancellation

Email [email protected] with your order number and a request to cancel. You may also call us at (+1) 561-444-3841 during customer support hours.

Please contact us as soon as possible. Sending a request does not confirm cancellation; our team will check the order’s shipping status and notify you of the outcome. The 24-hour window is based on when you submit your request.

Orders That Have Shipped

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, even if your request is made within 24 hours of placement.

Requests submitted more than 24 hours after placement are outside our cancellation window. If your order cannot be canceled, you may request a return after delivery, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation is approved, we will refund the full amount paid, including the $4.99 shipping charge, to your original payment method. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your card issuer or financial institution. Canceled orders do not require a return inspection.
